Sellers use this online marketplace to present and sell their products, and their credentials are verified by SakhtIran through the submission of necessary documentation and licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sellers bear full responsibility for the quality, pricing, specifications, terms, and after-sales services of the products.
- The delivery of purchased goods is the sole responsibility of the sellers. Products must be shipped within the declared timeframe using the SakhtIran delivery gateway or a buyer-approved method.
- If a seller fails to ship the product on time, buyers may cancel and receive a full refund for the order.
- If a delivered product does not match its description, the buyer has up to 7 business days from the order date to return the item.
- Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility by default, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the seller in their product listing.
- Sellers are responsible for guaranteeing product authenticity and quality.
- Any damage or loss during delivery falls under the liability of the shipping service provider.
