At the same time, it offers buyers the opportunity to browse through a wide variety of products and freely choose and purchase from any store listed on the platform.
SakhtIran is committed to utilizing advanced technologies to offer secure and efficient tools that facilitate seamless interaction between sellers and buyers. As a trusted intermediary, it does its utmost—within its means—to prevent misconduct and reduce dissatisfaction. However, the ultimate responsibility for purchase decisions rests with the buyer, who must carefully review and assess the seller and product before completing a transaction.
To further enhance trust, the buyer’s payment will be held in escrow until the product is delivered and approved. Only after confirmation by the buyer, and upon the seller's request, will the blocked amount be released.
All sellers on SakhtIran are required to comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the platform's internal rules and policies. In the event of any dispute between the buyer and the seller, SakhtIran will make reasonable efforts to mediate. If no resolution is reached, it will only intervene under a directive from competent legal authorities. Repeated violations may result in the suspension of the offending seller’s access to the platform.

Seller Obligations:All product and service providers are required to present accurate and useful information in their store panels, including:
- Technical specifications and functional features of products or services
- Supplier identity, business name, physical address, email, and contact number
- Shipping terms, return policies, and warranty information
- Business or operational location details
Buyer Rights:Buyers have up to seven working days after receiving a product to withdraw from the purchase and return the item without penalty and with a valid reason. The only cost to the buyer will be the return shipping fee.
