All services received through SakhtIran are governed by specific terms and conditions. Users must read and agree to these terms before completing the registration process. By registering, a formal agreement is established between you and the SakhtIran Marketplace.
Please note that this agreement is concluded between the user and Ruyan Afzar Mobtaker ICT Development Company, a knowledge-based private joint stock company.
Sellers and business owners are required to appoint an authorized representative within the SakhtIran platform. All communications and responsibilities regarding offered goods and services will be managed through this representative.
To become a registered seller on SakhtIran, it is mandatory to obtain the necessary official certifications and licenses from relevant authorities. Furthermore, all products and services offered must adhere to competitive market standards, and pricing must be in full compliance with national regulations.
